[OPEN] Project leader application

General requirements:

- Should have at least 15 non-spam posts
- Should actively participate in staff discussions (we discuss our matters on Twitter)
- Be creative

Forum project leader requirements:

- Must be fun
- Be active on the forum

Gifts project leader requirements:

- Willing to look for gifts for the girls 
- Be able to send gifts or anything to South Korea when needed
